Privacy notice

heykubis is a brand of ZUCCA COMMERCE SDN. BHD. ("ZUCCA", "we", "us"), a company in Malaysia. This notice explains what personal data we collect through heykubis.com, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

1. What we collect

When you email us. heykubis.com has no forms and no accounts. If you click "get early access", your own email app opens a message to us. We receive what you choose to send, usually:

• your name, company, role and email address
• where you sell (for example TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify or your stores)
• your business questions and, if you share it, rough order volume

Please don't send customer data, order exports or other people's personal data by email. If we work together, we'll agree a safe way to handle your data separately.

When you visit the site. We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or sign-ups. Like any website, our hosting provider and font provider receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, so they can deliver the page.

2. Why we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and discuss early access to heykubis
• to understand which sales questions and channels matter most to sellers, so we can shape the product
• to keep the website running and secure

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

3. Who else is involved

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and our email. They process data on our behalf, and some of them are located outside Malaysia:

• Railway, which hosts heykubis.com
• Google Fonts, which serves the typeface used on the site
• our email provider, which stores the messages you send us

We may also disclose personal data if the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we're in conversation with you, and for up to 2 years afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy
• correct data that is wrong or out of date
• stop contacting you, or delete your enquiry

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal data we hold, including limiting who can access enquiries. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, which is one reason we ask you not to email customer data.

7. Changes

We'll update this notice as heykubis develops, for example when we launch accounts or connect to your sales channels. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
