These terms apply to your use of heykubis.com. The website is run by ZUCCA COMMERCE SDN. BHD. ("ZUCCA", "we", "us"), and heykubis is a brand of ZUCCA. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

1. heykubis is in development

heykubis is a product we are still building. This website describes what we plan to offer. Features, supported channels such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify and offline stores, integrations, pricing and availability may change, and nothing on the site is an offer to supply a service.

Any early access, pilot or paid service will be covered by a separate written agreement.

2. Examples are illustrative

The conversations, numbers, signals and results shown on the site, such as sales changes, stock levels or customer counts, are made-up examples to explain how heykubis is intended to work. They are not real customer data and are not a promise of any particular result.

3. Not professional advice

Content on this website is general information. It isn't business, financial, legal or tax advice. Decisions about your stock, pricing, ads and customers remain yours.

4. Our content and brand

The heykubis name, logo, design and website content belong to ZUCCA. You're welcome to share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.

TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and Shopify are trademarks of their respective owners. We mention them only to describe the channels sellers use; this doesn't mean they endorse or partner with heykubis.

5. Using the site

Please don't misuse the website, for example by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or send us spam or harmful content.

6. Availability and liability

We provide the website "as is" and may change, pause or remove it at any time. To the extent the law allows, ZUCCA isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be excluded by law.

7. Privacy

Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data you send us.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
